Bob Dunn - President

Prior to founding Prism Midstream LLC, Mr. Dunn co-founded Prism Gas Systems and led its growth. Prism developed an extensive gas gathering and processing system that serviced Cotton Valley and Haynesville producers in East Texas and Louisiana. Preceding Prism Gas Systems he was Vice President of gathering and processing for Union Pacific Resources until the sale to DEFS. In this role, he was responsible for the 7th largest domestic gathering and processing company, which had 19 gas plants and over 4,000 miles of gas gathering with throughput of 1.6 BCF/day. Under Mr. Dunn's guidance, the gathering and processing business grew at 18 percent per year. Mr. Dunn is also past president of the Gas Processors Association. Mr. Dunn holds a BS in civil engineering from the University of Tennessee and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Gene Adams - Senior Vice President

Prior to founding Prism Midstream LLC, Mr. Adams co-founded Prism Gas Systems and was responsible for all acquisition and project analysis. Preceding Prism Gas Systems, he was Manager of Business Development for Union Pacific Resources with responsibility for West Texas. Mr. Adams was instrumental in the acquisition of Highlands Gas Corporation as well as numerous smaller acquisitions. Prior to working in gathering and processing, he was in corporate development for Union Pacific Resources with responsibility for acquisitions analysis and project financing analysis. Mr. Adams holds a BS in Chemical Engineering and an MBA from Oklahoma State University.

Glen Allen - Vice President Business Development

Mr. Allen has extensive experience in the crude oil, natural gas and natural gas liquids with his 35 years in the industry. Previous to joining Prism Midstream, he managed gas supply for Prism Gas Systems, Prior Energy/BP and Gulf South Pipeline Company. Mr. Allen also served as Operations Manager for Gulf South and held a variety of operations and management positions with Koch Industries. He has acted as President and Vice President of East Texas Natural Gas Society and has served as Board Member since 2007.

Larry Copeland - Vice President Engineering and Operations

Mr. Copeland has 38 years of industry experience in engineering, project and construction management with Continental Oil Company, Kerr-McGee Corporation, Trend Construction Corporation, Sid Richardson Gasoline Company, Union Pacific Resources, Southwest Gas Corporation and Prism Gas Systems. Before joining Prism Midstream, he was Director of Engineering and Construction for Prism Gas Systems where he led the engineering and construction activities during several major plant and system expansions, and was responsible for over $115 million of engineering and construction projects. He is a licensed professional engineer in Oklahoma and Texas and holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Oklahoma. Mr Copeland is also retired from the US Marine Corps with over 30 years of service in active and reserve leadership and management positions.

Julie Lang - Director Regulatory Affairs and Administration

Previous to joining Prism Midstream, Ms. Lang served as the Environmental Compliance Manager for Prism Gas Systems. In this role she oversaw the state and federal permitting and reporting for 13 facilities which included one Title V facility. Ms. Lang is an active member of the Gas Processors Association Environmental Committee. Prior to Prism Gas System’s acquisition by Martin Midstream Ms. Lang was also responsible for Human Resources activities. Ms. Lang holds a BBA in Marketing from Harding University.

   Processing and Treating
Prism’s extensive experience in designing, constructing and operating natural gas treating and processing plants enables our customers to realize the upgrade of the natural gas value chain.
    Liquids Handling
Bedrock Liquids Handling Facility is capable of managing all on and off spec NGL and Condensate in the Permian Basin.
