Bedrock Liquids Handling Facility is Open

Prism Midstream LLC (“Prism”) announced today that it began accepting natural gas liquids (“NGLs”) and condensate at the Bedrock Liquids Handling Facility in Crockett County, Texas on May 22, 2016.  The facility handles both on-spec and off-spec NGLs and off-spec condensate.

The Bedrock facility will be in full operation on June 1, 2016.  The facility has an initial capacity of 3,000 barrels per day of off-spec NGLs and 3,000 barrels per day of off-spec condensate.  The facility is expandable to 6,000 barrels per day each of NGL and condensate.    The facility as currently configured can accept 4,500 barrels per day of on-spec NGLs in addition to the off-spec capabilities.     The Bedrock Liquids Handling Facility is equipped with six truck unloading and loading spots and is a reliable outlet for both on and off-spec NGLs and for off-spec condensate.  The facility is located in the southern portion of the Midland Basin just north of Ozona with direct access to U.S. Highway 190 to receive incoming trucked liquids.  The facility treats all normal off specification issues—color, corrosion, carbon dioxide as well as methane and delivers NGLs that meet pipeline specifications or condensate that has a Reid vapor pressure of 9 pounds per square inch and sulfur content of less than 10 parts per million.

“With the increase in crude production and the associated condensate and NGL in the Permian, a liquids facility that will receive and handle on-spec and off-spec liquids will be critical to both producers and midstream companies,” said Doug Coleman, Prism’s Vice President of New Ventures. “This facility will unload your truck and handle on-spec or off-spec NGLs and condensate, leaving your truck available to pick up the next load with no unexpected mileage or unscheduled delays.  In addition, we are set up to accurately test your incoming loads and to quickly offload them.”

Prism has executed definitive agreements with Enbridge Liquids Transportation & Marketing, L.P. (“ELTM”) for firm capacity at the Bedrock facility and has received several additional commitments.  ELTM purchases on-spec and off-spec NGLs and condensate in the Permian and has a fleet of trucks and trailers to reliably transport Permian NGLs and condensate to the Bedrock facility.

Press Release - June 8, 2015

Prism Midstream LLC (“Prism”) announced today that it will begin construction in June of the Bedrock Liquids Handling Facility in Crockett County, Texas.  The facility will handle both on-spec and off-spec natural gas liquids (“NGLs”) and off-spec condensate and is scheduled to be in operation by the end of the first quarter of 2016.

The Bedrock facility will have an initial capacity of 5,500 barrels per day and be expandable to 11,000 barrels per day of off-spec product.  The facility will provide a reliable outlet for both on and off-spec NGLs and for off-spec condensate.  The Bedrock Liquids Handling Facility will be equipped with five truck racks, expandable to twelve, and will be located north of Ozona with direct access to U.S. Highway 190 to receive incoming trucked liquids.  The facility will treat all normal off specification issues—color, corrosion, carbon dioxide and methane and deliver NGLs that meet pipeline specifications or condensate that has a Reid vapor pressure of 9 pounds per square inch and sulfur content of less than 10 parts per million.
